We aim to arm you with the knowledge to better understand how and why AI can be used in events today and what pitfalls might come your way. We’ll cover topics like what is artificial intelligence, how is it already being used in events, and what potential pitfalls should we all watch out for?

We'll be breaking down the tech side of things (a little bit at least!), combined with some honest discussion about the hot topic everyone is talking about. Our aim is that attendees will walk away with an understanding of the potential of using artificial intelligence technologies as part of enhancing event experiences.
