Outside & Active Podcast Milestone

We're excited to announce that the Outside & Active podcast has surpassed 5,000 downloads!

It's a huge milestone for us and we couldn't have done it without the support of our listeners and partners.

Thank you to everyone who has downloaded and listened to the podcast. We've loved connecting with all of you and hearing your stories and sharing those of some of our biggest names in adventure.

We spoke to Sir Ranulph Fiennes, one of the world's greatest living explorers. He talked about his motivations for undertaking such gruelling challenges, what keeps him going and the importance of pushing yourself.

We were fortunate to be able to speak to parathletes like Claire Danson and Jonnie Peacock who showed us that anything is possible no matter what your ability or circumstance. They both talked about how sport has changed their lives and how it can be a force for good.

We also had the incredible Dame Kelly Holmes on the show talking about her sporting journey, her battle with injuries and how she came out the other side stronger than ever before.

Most recently, we chatted to Sabrina Pace-Humphries who talks about the positive impact running has had on her life and we talked about Sabrina's growing up and the extreme challenges she faced.

Ben Fogle was a pure delight to be in conversation with on the podcast, talking about his many adventures, some of the challenges he's faced and his love for the outdoors.

We also had some great chats with barefoot record breaker Vic Owens, Kadeena Cox OBE and one of my running heroes Scott Jurek - talking about being a kid again and just enjoying yourself out there.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported us and we can't wait to bring you more exciting episodes in the future.

If you haven't listened to the podcast yet, you can find all episodes on our website here or wherever you get your podcasts - Apple here or Spotify here.
