Case study examples

I would like to share with you a selection of case studies that vary in style and format, which aim is to provide you with different examples and explain why they are worth your attention.

Why every business should create case studies

Utilizing case studies is a powerful strategy demonstrating how your event product or exhibition service effectively resolves comparable problems for potential clients. It is a valuable tool that should be in every event marketer's toolbox to help attract new customers.

Not only does a case study provide potential customers with real-world examples of success, but it also demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction and creative solutions to challenges. It also allows you to showcase valuable testimonials from satisfied customers, which adds credibility to your claims.

Case studies can also highlight best practices, identify common challenges, and provide examples of successful solutions to complex problems.

Case Study Examples

We have a number of case studies in our tool kit that we refer to when building out case studies for clients, so it would be impossible to share them all, however, we have highlighted below a few of them and why we like them.

IDEO

I like this case study as it’s presented with simplicity. Upon landing on the page, visitors are welcomed by a striking image and a clear title that summarizes how IDEO aided its client. The case study is neatly summarized in three sections: the challenge, the impact, and the outcome.

Carol H. Williams

For me, I don’t like how they’ve laid out the page here (personal preference), but I do like how they’ve put front and center the well-known client logo – it will grab the attention of the relevant audience they’re trying to attract.

Fractl

This is a great example of showcasing a case study that uses a clever combination of text plus images/media and statistics to tell its story. They’ve started the case study with results – instead of waiting to the end of the page, for the reader to learn what happened.

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

I appreciate the simplicity of this case study. It effectively presents the challenge, solution, and results in a concise and straightforward format, along with examples of the posts created. It's easy to understand and digest.
